How to balance work & social life ? 1. Avoid getting work alcoholic. 2. Take oath to spare some time daily for yourself. 3. To spare time for yourself just start calculating your Total Available Time (TAT) = Work time + Idle time + Sleeping time + Personal Time required (WISP) 4. 24 hrs shall be distributed in this fashion W=10 hrs; I=2 hrs. S=8 hrs P=4 hrs 5. Now calculate on a paper of your present Involvement that is your Life Matrix. If you work for 12–14 hrs try to reduce it gradually. It’s on you how you will manage to reduce by offloading the work on others or doing it little faster at the most active times etc. If not possible then you have to search ways how to do it. 10 hrs dedication 5 days a week totaling 50 hrs is more then enough for an IT guy. Over thinking & Over worrying is a very Good quality because all the people have great heart & great mind are over thinking & over worrying people. Our Sensitivities regarding nature, family, society, people, miseries, sorrows, apathies, resentments, humanity etc etc. ultimately lead to over thinking & over worrying. Similarly our Intuitions, premonitions, Morbidities, concern, responsibilities, helping attitudes, deserving attentions and dominance are all the causes of over thinking and over worrying. So it comes through race, genes, birth stars, childhood nourishments, family atmosphere, social surroundings and your experiences.
